What You’ll Do

  • Capture data from available records into required formats such as databases and spreadsheets
  • Verify and validate all data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and organize records and files to ensure easy access and security
  • Provide information and support to various components of the judiciary
  • Assist with the distribution of files and correspondence to Registrars
  • Collect and manage correspondence from the general office
  • Attend to queries from attorneys regarding quasi-judicial matters
  • Update registers and statistics regularly
  • Ensure case records are kept secure during your possession
  • Support verification personnel by providing necessary data sources and files

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and data capturing practices
  • Understanding of Batho Pele principles and working procedures in a government environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and customer service skills
  • Competence in computer literacy and planning/organizing abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, along with numeracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
  • Motivated, meticulous, and self-driven approach
