What You’ll Do

  • Maintain records and assist with data entry as required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer care or NGO environment.
  • Knowledge of registry duties and data capturing practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to operate relevant software.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, along with effective communication abilities.
  • Competence in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
