What You’ll Do

  • Identify and facilitate the implementation of community development interventions.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Support communities through administrative assistance on development activities.
  • Stay updated on advancements in community development to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor financial compliance of funded organisations to ensure appropriate use of resources.
  • Implement approved Community Development Norms and Standards.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher).
  • For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Community Development.
  • For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in Community Development.
  • Knowledge of community development practices, human behaviour, and social dynamics.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven computer literacy and presentation skills.
  • Research skills and understanding of basic financial management.
