What You’ll Do
- Register work-seekers and manage their information on the Employment Services System (ESSA)
- Provide administrative support for work and learning opportunity registrations
- Refer work seekers to Employment Counselling services, offering them guidance and support
- Assist in filing and organizing work and learning opportunities
- Participate in advocacy sessions to promote available services and opportunities
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and labour legislation
- Familiarity with the Employment Services Act and Public Service Act
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and telephone etiquette
- Ability to interpret legislation and conduct interviews effectively
