About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will support the Records and Archives section, focusing on efficient filing and retrieval of building-plan applications. Key learning areas include maintaining building-plan records, managing correspondence, supporting the Operations Manager, and assisting with various administrative tasks to achieve unit objectives.
Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Grade 12/NQF Level 4 and a relevant NQF Level 6 qualification, such as a Diploma or National Diploma in Archives Management, Records Management, or Archives and Records Management. Only residents of Johannesburg are eligible.
Skills and Competencies
