What You’ll Do
- Supervise and manage school principals in curriculum delivery and school administration
- Support school management teams and governing bodies in effective governance
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of school principals
- Monitor and assist in implementing performance management systems
- Evaluate school infrastructure and communicate needs to the relevant departments
- Facilitate and coordinate examinations and assessments in schools
- Guide and support schools in maintaining a fair labor environment
- Manage selection processes for the appointment of school principals
- Develop profiles for all allocated schools
- Drive the implementation of teaching and learning initiatives in line with departmental objectives
What You’ll Need
- A recognized three- or four-year qualification, including professional teacher education
- A postgraduate qualification in education is an advantage
- Nine years of experience in the educational field
- Registration with SACE as a professional educator
- A valid driver’s license (except for candidates living with disabilities)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum transformation, performance management, and educational legislation
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
