What You’ll Do
- Manage the Information and case/court documentation Management System to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement a complaints management system to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Liaise regularly with external court stakeholders to maintain effective communication and service delivery.
- Develop and implement case management strategies to improve overall court efficiency.
- Supervise staff, ensuring quality control and providing guidance on all aspects of their work.
- Prepare annual institutional performance reports and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and manage relationships with service providers.
What You’ll Need
- An LLB Degree or a four-year legal qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of eight years’ post-qualification experience as a Registrar.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Comprehensive knowledge of registry duties and the legislative framework governing public service.
- Skills in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and supervise staff effectively.
