What You’ll Need

  • A three-year tertiary qualification at NQF6 in Human Resource Management.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all labour legislation, departmental policies, and HR-related systems.
  • Familiarity with the Public Service Act and Public Service regulations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, conflict management, analytical, and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, planning and organizing, supervisory skills, and time management.
