What You’ll Do
- Monitor investigations and define the investigative scope of complaints in line with OLSO’s mandate.
- Lead the development of both long-term and short-term organizational strategies.
- Oversee stakeholder management services and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure organizational performance aligns with OLSO’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage risk, anti-corruption, and integrity management services.
- Supervise the management of ICT systems to ensure public service efficiency and accessibility.
- Create an enabling environment for the investigation of complaints.
- Develop and implement corporate policies and oversee financial governance processes.
- Manage human resources, supply chain, and asset management.
- Oversee facilities management services to support operational needs.
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Public Administration, Political Science, Social Science, or a relevant qualification.
- A postgraduate degree or LLB qualification will be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience at a Senior Management level within a legal practice environment.
- Nyukela certificate required for all SMS positions before appointment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and related regulations.
- Understanding of strategy and policy development, as well as the social dynamics related to OLSO’s mandate.
- Familiarity with governance, contract law, and the legal practice environment.
- Skills in strategic capability, leadership, project management, and financial oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ethical standards.
