What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of departmental services and programmes at provincial and district levels.
  • Coordinate land acquisition and development support services.
  • Provide property management and spatial planning services at the provincial level.
  • Ensure effective project management and submission of reports on programmes and projects.
  • Facilitate the implementation of national development support and strategic land acquisition initiatives.
  • Oversee financial and corporate support services for the Provincial Office.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve community participation and planning.
  • Monitor and report on departmental programmes and projects to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven experience in project management and corporate governance.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong problem-solving and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels, including within intergovernmental relations contexts.
  • Willingness to travel and a commitment to customer care.
