What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support technical services in collaboration with technicians and artisans.
  • Promote safety in alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide input into technical manuals, standard drawings, and procedures.
  • Ensure quality assurance meets specified standards.
  • Oversee administrative functions and contribute to budgeting processes.
  • Compile and submit necessary reports.
  • Consolidate inputs for the technical operational plan.
  • Maintain and update relevant databases.
  • Manage human resources, finances, and assets.
  • Oversee performance information management.

What You’ll Need

  • A trade test certificate underwritten by the Manpower Training Act (Red Seal).
  • At least ten years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Technical design and analysis proficiency.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided technical applications.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and technical report writing.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Teamwork, creativity, and financial management skills.
