What You’ll Do
- Implement budget control measures and manage financial expenditures
- Facilitate and coordinate the annual budgeting process
- Conduct monthly budgetary and expenditure analysis, preparing financial reports
- Monitor and reconcile salary payments with salary ledgers
- Administer payroll control and ensure compliance with policies
- Prepare the unit for annual financial audits and respond to inquiries
- Supervise staff and manage their professional development
- Safeguard financial documents and maintain accurate records
- Load third-party payments into the banking system
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Matric / Level 4 Certificate
- An appropriate National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Human Resource Management
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial management environment
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of financial functions, practices, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial operating systems (e.g., PERSAL, BAS) and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to integrity and client service focus
