What You’ll Do

  • Administer cost determinations and verifications related to property management.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and make reservations accordingly.
  • Support the administration of property-related contracts and agreements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of lease agreement conditions and track contract milestones.
  • Monitor payments and deadlines, arranging recoveries based on legal instructions.
  • Conduct investigations into the utilization of state properties, including site visits and surveys.
  • Process registration of servitudes over state-owned land and prepare information for relevant personnel.
  • Organize contractor meetings and prepare documentation to resolve disputes effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Real Estate Management, Property Law, Law, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in property management or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Property Law, and related regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and planning abilities.
  • Client-oriented mindset and capability to work under pressure.
