About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Conduct physical verification of immovable assets in accordance with the Immovable Asset Register (IAR) verification support tools and the Government Immovable Asset Management Act (GIAMA).
- Identify and document improvements to state property within the IAR.
- Participate in the vesting of land parcels and the endorsement of Title Deeds.
- Provide administrative support for various Immovable Asset Register projects.
- Ensure the safekeeping and proper documentation of all project-related materials.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Commerce, Real Estate, Project Management, Business Administration, Asset Management, Built Environment, or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Property Management or Immovable Asset Register Management.
- Experience in state land administration and verification of immovable assets (land and buildings) is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good report writing abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
