What You’ll Do

  • Design and update ICT learning materials and courses.
  • Deliver training programs and facilitate external training interventions.
  • Evaluate the impact of training sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on training needs and identify digital learning solutions.
  • Provide quality assurance for training initiatives and frontline support.
  • Manage course records and analyze users’ specific needs for future training.
  • Offer professional guidance to project leaders in project planning and management.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year National Diploma or B-degree in Human Resource Development, Education, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a training environment.
  • A valid Code B (or higher) driving license.
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in project management and human resource management.
  • Skills in data analytics, computer literacy, performance management, and facilitation.
