  • Handle injury on duty processes and deductions.
  • Perform managerial functions and oversee people management activities.
  • Engage in financial management related to service conditions.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A valid Code B driving license or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and best practices pertinent to public service.
  • Understanding of project management and operational management practices.
  • Familiarity with procurement, tendering processes, and policy development in a government context.
  • Knowledge of public finance, human resources, and labour relations legislation.
