What You’ll Do

  • Provide general clerical support services, including organizing, storing, and retrieving correspondence and data.
  • Assist in supply chain management by liaising with stakeholders to procure goods and services.
  • Maintain personnel administration records, including leave and attendance registers.
  • Support financial administration by processing Community Safety Partnership Funding (CSPF) reports and payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the sub-directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, including data capturing and statistics collection.
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in planning and organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
