What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to campus management and staff.
  • Develop and implement campus enrolment plans for various programs.
  • Compile and prepare reports and presentations for campus management and A-TEAM.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences as needed.
  • Manage human resource services including leave coordination and disciplinary documentation.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including requisitions and invoice submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems in compliance with QMS and relevant legislation.
  • Assist with the student registration and examination processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Matric / Level 4 Certificate.
  • An appropriate National Diploma or Degree in Office Management, Public Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • A valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Understanding of public service legislation and policies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and analytical skills.
  • A client-oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence.
