About the Opportunity
The Bosch Group YES Programme is dedicated to equipping young South Africans with practical skills and workplace experience. Participants will be mentored and placed in various departments at the Bosch Midrand offices and the Brits Manufacturing Plant, fostering professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
– Engage in a 12-month mentorship and practical workplace experience.
– Gain exposure to different departments within Bosch.
– Develop skills that enhance future employment prospects.
Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship.
– Age between 18 and 35 years.
– Currently unemployed.
– Possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
– Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
– No prior participation in the YES Programme.
Advantageous Qualifications
A Degree or Diploma in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial fields, Finance, Sales, and Marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
