What You’ll Need

• A basic qualification accredited with the SANC as per Government Notice R425 (Diploma/Degree in Nursing) or equivalent.
• A minimum of eight years of nursing experience post-registration as a Professional Nurse.
• At least three years of management experience in a nursing setting.
• A diploma or degree in Nursing Administration or Health Service Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills or relevant qualifications.
