What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- A basic qualification accredited with the SANC as per Government Notice R425 (Diploma/Degree in Nursing) or equivalent.
- A minimum of eight years of nursing experience post-registration as a Professional Nurse.
- At least three years of management experience in a nursing setting.
- A diploma or degree in Nursing Administration or Health Service Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills or relevant qualifications.
