What You’ll Do
- Investigate the utilisation potential of state properties through site visits and condition surveys.

- Ensure optimal utilisation of state properties by verifying details and maintaining records.

- Identify redundant state properties for potential disposal.
- Manage property-related contracts and supervise compliance with lease agreements.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Real Estate Management, Property Law, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in property management or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
