What You’ll Do
- Coordinate agricultural development support programs to enhance local farming practices
- Facilitate participatory community development services that engage local stakeholders

What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 plus an appropriate postgraduate NQF level 7 qualification in Agriculture or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Rural Development, including 3 years at a supervisory level
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities)
- Extensive knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service and related agricultural policies
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client orientation and customer service
- Competencies in knowledge management, service delivery innovation, and change management
