What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain a responsive Provincial Data Office operating model.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data capabilities among stakeholders.
  • Develop and advance a robust data ecosystem that supports effective performance planning and reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher qualification) in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in performance planning and data management.
  • A valid Code B driving licence.
  • Strong knowledge of Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation, performance data management systems, and public management practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
