What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and develop property payments policies and strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts and procedures related to property payments.
  • Administrate and manage property revenues efficiently.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the Property Asset Register.
  • Authorize creditor payments and maintain the creditors and customer master file.
  • Quality assure processed invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor the property expenditure management system to ensure effective tracking of expenses.
  • Supervise and develop employees to enhance service delivery and performance standards.
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) or National Diploma in Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in property management, financial administration, and supervisory roles.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of property management processes, public finance management legislation, and procurement regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong report writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A commitment to team development and upskilling.
