What You’ll Do

  • Receive and verify PW21 forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Check budget allocation codes for the PMTE and DPW to maintain financial integrity.
  • Update and manage order books, ensuring that travel bookings are processed efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices received from the Travel Management Company against commitment registers.
  • Capture and prepare spreadsheets for submission to Registry, ensuring precise record-keeping.
  • Facilitate the payment of travel invoices, ensuring compliance with budget protocols.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly statistics to inform departmental decisions.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations, contributing to the department’s financial health.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and provisioning policies, as well as financial administration processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to the office’s requirements and schedules.
