What You’ll Do

  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies and project governance standards
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and quality assurance
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and activities, capturing minutes and timelines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up communications
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Assist with obtaining necessary sign-offs and approvals for project deliverables
  • Consolidate progress reports and manage project calendars effectively

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Advanced Diploma in Project Management, or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and coordinating projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads under tight deadlines
  • A valid driver’s license
