What You’ll Do
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and project governance standards
- Maintain accurate records for audits and quality assurance
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and activities, capturing minutes and timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up communications
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Assist with obtaining necessary sign-offs and approvals for project deliverables
- Consolidate progress reports and manage project calendars effectively
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Advanced Diploma in Project Management, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and coordinating projects
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads under tight deadlines
- A valid driver’s license
