What You’ll Do

  • Analyse organisational structure inputs and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct research and identify the need for changes in the organisational structure.
  • Facilitate workshops on job evaluations and job descriptions.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation interviews.
  • Present analysed posts to the Job Evaluation Panel.
  • Draft submissions for approval of organisational structures and job evaluation results.
  • Monitor job evaluation databases and provide guidance on job descriptions.
  • Facilitate workshops for the development of organisational frameworks and procurement manuals.
  • Manage resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF 6 qualification in Workstudy Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Job Evaluation certificate is an added advantage.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Work Study Officer or OD Practitioner in the Organisational Development field.
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in policy interpretation and application.
