What You’ll Do
- Oversee the development and monitoring of office policies and procedures.
- Provide executive support to the Principal and manage the college’s workflow.
- Conduct research and offer administrative advice to senior officials.
- Arrange logistical details for meetings and college events, including catering and decor.
- Develop agendas and take minutes for various college meetings and forums.
- Maintain the office budget and manage expenditure databases.
- Offer secretarial support to college councils and committees, ensuring effective communication.
- Provide strategic management and evaluation services to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- Recognised National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and administration.
- Knowledge of TVET/CET administration is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
