What You’ll Do
- Manage the administration in the office of the Judge President.
- Arrange and diarise meetings and appointments involving the Judge President.
- Coordinate engagements between judges and divisional senior officials.
- Handle general correspondence, including drafting memos, letters, and reports.
- Administer leave management for the office.
- Attend to correspondence related to reserved judgments and complaints.
- Organize arrangements for the Judge President’s official functions.
- Facilitate statistical reporting on reserved judgments.
- Support budgetary processes by collecting necessary documentation.
- Manage logistics for meetings and engagements, both locally and internationally.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or a relevant qualification at NQF level 6.
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in an administrative office management environment, including one year at a supervisory level.
- A valid driver’s license; an LLB degree will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and office management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage various tasks efficiently.
