What You’ll Do

  • Manage, plan, and produce high-quality videography and multimedia services for the department.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes for video editing and post-production.
  • Provide photographic services and support for various department initiatives.
  • Offer technical support and innovation services related to multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication of government programmes.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging video content for public dissemination, including documentaries and live streams.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate or equivalent, plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Video Production, Digital Media, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in multimedia, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for individuals with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
