The Department of Agriculture is looking for a dedicated Assistant Director: Academic Registrar and Human to join their team at Tompi Seleka College and Madzivhandila College. What You’ll Do
- Facilitate human resource provisioning and development initiatives
- Manage conditions of service and personnel records
- Supervise staff and ensure effective use of resources
- Implement transformation strategies within the workforce
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and policies
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 and a minimum NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
- Successful completion of PERSAL administration
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for people with disabilities)
- Strong knowledge of public service legislation and prescripts
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Proficient in program and project management and financial management
