What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 and a minimum NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
  • Successful completion of PERSAL administration
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for people with disabilities)
  • Strong knowledge of public service legislation and prescripts
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in program and project management and financial management
