What You’ll Do

  • Conduct community and household profiling to better understand local needs.
  • Assist community members in accessing services from various government departments.
  • Attend community meetings and Imbizos to gather information on pressing community issues.
  • Provide support in integrated planning and maintenance of funded community projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with community structures to ensure effective communication and support.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience will be considered if aligned with educational qualifications.
  • A valid Driver’s License is essential for this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse community groups.
  • A compassionate nature with an understanding of social dynamics and community development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in local languages.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management are advantageous.
