What You’ll Do
- Provide technological advisory services to architects and associates.
- Support site surveying and prepare measured drawings of existing buildings.
- Collect and analyze practical information related to proposed projects.
- Prepare presentation drawings and models of architectural designs.
- Detail design and landscape design, including working drawings for contractors.
- Supervise construction to ensure compliance with working drawings and legal documents.
- Evaluate existing technical manuals and procedures for improvement.
- Develop and maintain current technologies in architectural practices.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports and provide inputs for the operational plan.
- Conduct research and development on new technologies and architectural procedures.
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor of Technology in Architecture (B. Tech) or a relevant qualification.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
- Compulsory registration with SACAP as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge in project management, architectural planning, and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in computer-aided architectural applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage people.
