What You’ll Do

• Provide technological advisory services to architects and associates.
• Support site surveying and prepare measured drawings of existing buildings.
• Collect and analyze practical information related to proposed projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings and models of architectural designs.
• Detail design and landscape design, including working drawings for contractors.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with working drawings and legal documents.
• Evaluate existing technical manuals and procedures for improvement.
• Develop and maintain current technologies in architectural practices.
• Compile monthly and quarterly reports and provide inputs for the operational plan.
• Conduct research and development on new technologies and architectural procedures.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor of Technology in Architecture (B. Tech) or a relevant qualification.
• A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
• Compulsory registration with SACAP as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge in project management, architectural planning, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in computer-aided architectural applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage people.
