What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administrative activities within the executive authority’s office.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding portfolio matters.
  • Provide cabinet/executive council support services to the executive authority.
  • Supervise and guide employees in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Diploma or Degree in Public Administration at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
  • Experience in the Government and/or NGO/CBO sector, with an advantage for those familiar with the parliamentary/legislative process.
  • Knowledge of ministry operations and the political and parliamentary landscape in South Africa.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with good evaluation and decision-making capabilities.
