What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage case flow within the court system
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the judiciary
  • Ensure compliance with court rules and relevant legal prescripts
  • Handle taxation of bills of cost and manage court processes
  • Oversee appeals and reviews, attending to requests from the judiciary
  • Issue and sign court orders and letters to attorneys and litigants
  • Maintain and analyze the court’s monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics
  • Implement effective administration of court files and records management
  • Prepare files for audit purposes and ensure submission of records for translation
  • Address public queries and manage correspondences
  • Assist in office management, planning, and organizing tasks
  • Oversee staff management and related HR processes

What You’ll Need

  • An LLB Degree or a four-year legal qualification
  • A minimum of two years’ legal experience post-qualification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of Case Flow Management and legislative frameworks governing Public Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in all aspects of work
  • Capability to work under pressure, with strong work ethics
