What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Demand Management unit.
  • Collect and consolidate information related to procurement plans.
  • Assist in drafting specifications and procurement strategies.
  • Offer secretariat support in relevant committees.
  • Handle general administration and supervision tasks.
  • Prepare high-quality reports for management review.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Demand Management.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports.
  • Knowledge of government supply chain management policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as PPPFA, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and BBBEE Acts.
  • Understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation theory and systems.
