What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor the allocated budget, ensuring efficient expenditure and revenue management.
- Oversee the Supply Chain section and manage facility assets, including contract and fleet management.
- Support the Assistant Manager of Nursing and contribute to the overall management of the Community Day Centre.
- Assist with human resources control and personnel relations, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to Facility Management, ensuring operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Relevant administrative experience in support services.
- A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB).
- Knowledge and understanding of LOGIS and relevant budgetary aspects.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, procurement policies, and personnel procedures.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
