What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager and oversee People Management functions.
- Assist in performance management and HR development for subordinates.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, infection prevention and control, and health standards.
- Manage supply chain and procurement procedures, including contract management for various services.
- Supervise housekeeping and cleaning staff, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Oversee asset management, including government vehicles and budget management.
- Liaise with clinical staff and operational managers to streamline administrative processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant administrative experience in a health facility.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Willingness to work overtime and rotate within geographical facilities as needed.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement policies.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
