What You’ll Do

  • Manage the lease agreement process, including renewals and updates.
  • Load leases into the system and maintain the commitment property register.
  • Issue payment instructions and annual templates to the finance office.
  • Facilitate the opening, closing, and merging of schools while coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Plan and oversee scheduled and emergency maintenance for school facilities.
  • Assist in the process of relinquishing school properties and acquiring new sites.
  • Maintain regular contact with all stakeholders throughout various projects.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B-degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or Grade 12 with 6-10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of government systems and policies as well as the Constitution.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
