What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for assessment and examination services within the Education District.
  • Process and verify applications related to assessments and certifications.
  • Handle enquiries regarding registration, results, and certification processes.
  • Administer the certification process, including publishing results and managing client queries.
  • Maintain an effective filing and records management system for all assessment-related documents.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, meetings, and events within the department.
  • Compile reports and provide insights on assessment data and trends.
  • Support the Assessment and Examination Coordinator with various administrative tasks and documentation.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent and a relevant 3-year post school qualification.
  • At least 3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a similar role.
  • A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
  • Knowledge of provincial and national education strategies, policies, and exam directives.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and computer programs related to education administration.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
