What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Public Prosecutor and Prosecutors.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in the justice sector.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary.
  • Assist with diary management and document delivery.
  • Collect and capture statistical information.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and photocopying.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
  • Ability to capture data and operate a computer proficiently.
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing public service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and strong planning and organizing skills.
