What You’ll Do

  • Maintain control over exported and imported liquor products.
  • Capture and process import/export documentation on Wine Online.
  • Issue relevant documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare statistical reports and handle inquiries related to liquor products.
  • Train personnel and clients on using Wine Online effectively.
  • Supervise human resources and allocate work effectively within the team.
  • Assist with financial management, including budget monitoring and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in administration practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 Certificate is essential; a Certificate in wine is an advantage.
  • A minimum of three years of administration experience, particularly in Wine Online certification systems.
  • Thorough understanding of the Liquor Production Act and relevant regulations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at various levels.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and data management.
  • Valid driver’s license and the capability to drive as required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
