What You’ll Do
- Oversee the administration and financial functions within your subsection.
- Ensure the effective and efficient rendering of financial services.
- Manage resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize departmental operations.
- Implement relevant policies, procedures, and prescripts applicable to public service.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare reports and assist in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- At least four years of relevant experience in administration or finance.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
- A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is beneficial.
