What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services, including managing correspondence and data.
- Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve documentation and statistics.
- Update registers and maintain filing systems for efficient information management.
- Handle routine inquiries and distribute documents/packages to stakeholders.
- Assist with supply chain clerical support, including procurement and stock control.
- Maintain personnel records, attendance registers, and a leave register for the component.
- Provide financial administration support, including capturing expenditure and handling petty cash.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 qualification.
- Basic knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
- Ability to capture data and operate a computer effectively.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Familiarity with working procedures in an office environment.
