What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Judicial Remuneration and Conditions of Service Directorate.
- Assist in administering remuneration and service benefits for judges and their families.
- Capture and update information on government systems regarding remuneration and service benefits.
- Manage administrative processes related to the procurement of official vehicles.
- Receive, register, record, file, and distribute documents and correspondence.
- Maintain both manual and electronic filing and records management systems.
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing routine correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Perform general administrative duties as delegated by your supervisor.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4, as recognized by SAQA.
- A National Diploma in Public Administration, Office Management, or related fields at NQF level 6 is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes and records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
