What You’ll Do
- Receive and process all PAIA requests, coordinating responses to head office.
- Assist in training facilities on managing PAIA requests to ensure timely responses.
- Liaise with internal legal advisors for analysis and quality checks of requests.
- Facilitate responses to requests from internal defense teams, such as the Office of the State Attorney.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of received requests and responses for reporting purposes.
- Manage the electronic system by loading all PAIA requests and relevant documents.
- Maintain records and submit information to various institutions, including AGSA.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong report writing skills and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work under pressure with self-drive and motivation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience from a public service internship program.
