What You’ll Do

  • Manage and receive PAIA requests, ensuring timely coordination of responses.
  • Assist with training of facilities within the hub on effective PAIA request management.
  • Liaise with internal legal advisors for the analysis and quality checking of requests.
  • Facilitate responses to PAIA requests from internal defense teams and legal officials.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of requests received, responses given, and information recorded in the e-Liability system.
  • Load PAIA requests, including all supporting documents and relevant records into the electronic system.
  • Manage records and compile information for submission to various institutions, such as the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA).

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or NQF level 4.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for report writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with one year of experience in a public service internship program.
