What You’ll Do

  • Receive and coordinate all PAIA requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in training facilities within the hub on managing PAIA requests effectively.
  • Liaise with internal legal advisors for thorough analysis and quality checks of requests before forwarding to requesters.
  • Facilitate responses to requests by internal defence teams, including the Office of the State Attorney.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of PAIA requests and responses for accurate reporting.
  • Manage records and submit relevant information to institutions like the AGSA.
  • Load all PAIA requests and supporting documents into the electronic system.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong report writing and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure with self-drive and motivation.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a year of public service internship experience.
