About the Role
The Central Karoo Support Services is seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk: Finance/Admin (SCM) to join their Technical Services team stationed in Beaufort West. What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to technical staff within the workshop.
- Complete and manage job requisitions efficiently.
- Create and maintain an organized database of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Assist in finance and supply chain support tasks as needed.
- Collaborate closely with your supervisor to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject.
- Relevant experience in office administration and financial/procurement administration.
- Strong clerical experience and computer literacy.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
