What You’ll Do
- Administer and organise course files to ensure smooth operations.
- Update and manage course arrangements related to the division.
- Oversee Skills Development projects aimed at enhancing employee capabilities.
- Facilitate Generic Informal Learning Interventions for personnel.
- Provide secretarial support for the Divisional Training Committee.
- Capture training results and maintain relevant data sets accurately.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Demonstrated competency in the core functions of the post.
- Knowledge of relevant public service prescripts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, planning, and organising skills.
